At Motivational Cafe LLC, every order is more than a delivery—it’s part of your journey. Each bag of coffee is prepared fresh and shipped with care, so you receive both quality and purpose in every sip.


Order Processing Time

All orders are roasted, prepared, and packaged after purchase to ensure freshness.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

During high-demand periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped:

  • Standard U.S. delivery: 3–5 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.
We aim to keep shipping affordable while maintaining safe and reliable delivery.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Locations

Currently, Motivational Cafe LLC ships within the United States.

We are working toward expanding to additional locations in the future.


Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, shipping times are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Packages
