Refund & Return Policy
At Motivational Cafe LLC, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unused and unworn
- with tags attached, if applicable
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shopify supports merchant-managed returns and return instructions, so it helps to keep this step explicit in your policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item was defective
- The wrong item was received
If the return is due to one of the issues above, Motivational Cafe LLC will work with you to make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at motivationalcafellc@gmail.com if your item is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- perishable goods, including coffee and food products
- custom or personalized items
- personal care goods
- hazardous materials
- flammable liquids or gases
- sale items
- gift cards
Because Motivational Cafe sells consumable products, this section is especially important. EU consumer rules also include exceptions to the 14-day withdrawal right for certain goods, including some sealed or perishable items, so your exclusions should be clear and product-specific.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable exceptions under EU law.
To qualify, the item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unused
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that certain items, including perishable goods and some other exempt products, may not qualify for this right under applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Shopify recommends clearly stating expected refund timing in your policy.
